Our store is now SCA compliant. But, it's an entirely new tech, so things might not work 100%

Across the EU most businesses only need to charge VAT (a tax collected by the seller and passed on to the local government) if they turn over an amount over about €50,000.
Several years ago, after a lot of lobbying by big business, the EU changed the rules, meaning ANY business selling digital products online MUST charge VAT no matter how low their turnover.
The rules state that any digital product delivered automatically after an online purchase must charge VAT. However, digital products delivered "manually" are exempt.
Therefore, to save you money and maintain our modest profit margins, we DO NOT deliver digital products automatically.
You still get the same product with the same excellent support, plus all the usual updates, but you will have to wait a while after you complete checkout for your purchase to arrive. This is because we send them out by emails. Most of the timethe email arrives within an hour of purchase.
We hope you agree that is is a fair trade-off to save you a bit of money and help the small independent digital seller compete with the big boys.
